Developing a strategy for operational indicators in HoReCa restaurant
The restaurant lacked resources and profits. We have set up goal setting, increased marketing efficiency and contributed to the growth of all indicators

- Raise the average check
- Increase repeat visits
- Increase the total number of guests by reducing outflow
General:
- Audit of all indicators and designation of recommendations
- Introduction of the USP during certain hours - new breakfast menu, set menu from the chef for lunch, and bringing in foreign chefs for dinner for evening events.
- Integration of conceptual collaborations and an information guide to attract guests throughout the day
- Working with the loyalty program: the cashback and bonus system began to work not only to retain the customer, but also to increase the average check
- Working with service and employee motivation
- Launch of digital promotion - contextual advertising, promotion of geo points
Results:
- Increase in restaurant revenue through conceptual USPS x 2 times
- Increase in the number of new guests through conceptual USPS x 2 times
